Over on daylightatheism.org, there’s an article bringing up a good point: why aren’t there court fights against DOMA? It’s clearly a violation of the “full faith and credit” clause of the Constitution. The ACLU really needs to be fighting this hard and if they aren’t, they need to explain why. This is a fight that can be won.
