The New York Times tells us that Sarah Palin’s daughter, Bristol, has broken up with her beau, Levi Johnston. Hands up all those who are surprised.
It was clear from the outset that this was basically the ultimate in shotgun weddings. Clearly they were only engaged cause Governor Palin was running for vice-president. Had that not been the case, likely this would’ve never happened.
